The spring and cables to my garage door broke unexpectedly. I gave Apple a call and they scheduled an appointment with me quickly.Harvey came out to help and did an excellent job. Harvey was efficient and knowledgeable and immediately diagnosed the issue once assessing everything . He did a thorough job and ensured everything was safely and properly installed. He came in and got the job done. Thanks, Harvey! If I could give 6 stars I would!
I was pleased with both the weather stripping replacement and the general maintenance.
Apple Door was very responsive to my request for someone to look at my garage door that I wanted to replace. Jason came to the house and measured and gave me a lot of helpful information so that I could decide what to do. No pressure and gave me options and provided pictures to show what the options would look like. Door was ordered and ready for installation in about 30 days. Jerry & Eric did a great job with installing it in about 3 - 4 hours, showing me the features and cleaning up. The door looks great and my wife thinks its funny that I keep going in and out of the house through the garage because I love how quiet the door opens & closes! Thank you Apple Door!
